PLACING ORDERS & PAYMENT

 All orders can be placed on-line via our secure server. To access our server, visit any of our product pages and buy right from the page. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail when we receive it. Confirmation will include the price of your order plus shipping within the continental United States and tax (if applicable). Our shipping cart accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover and Paypal, Check, Money order and Wire transfer. Placing an order and making a payment here on our website is the fastest way to work with us. As detailed on our privacy notice, we use the best secure encryption available and your credit card information is much safer used at this secured online facility than when used at store front. SHIPPING

 Orders for delivery within the continental United States will be shipped via USPS or UPS ground service with delivery confirmation. If you need express shipping methods please e-mail us at info@jewelrysup.com for options and cost. Most items are shipped within three business day after payment clearing, however some items require up to two weeks preparation period prior to shipping. We hand package your items using bubble envelopes and secure boxes using best quality shipping materials. To avoid any delays in deliveries and redelivery fees please provide complete street address including suite number, company name (if applicable) and zip code. International shipments are via US Postal Service (First class or Priority mail) and estimated delivery dates are 6 to 10 days after date of shipment but some items may take up to four weeks due to processing at customs. Delivery confirmation number is available only with Express mail. Insurance is optional. We do combined shipping. We will be more than happy to gift wrap your purchase, place a card inside wit a short message and send it directly to your recipient for a fee of seven dollars. Once your order has been shipped, you can track your packages online using your tracking number.

 

RETURN POLICY

 Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. Please inspect your purchase carefully when you receive it. In the event that there is problem your order, please contact us immediately and we will make sure you get a replacement or a full refund if a replacement is not available. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you may return the item within seven days after receiving it. All items must be returned in the original condition, we do not accept used items back. You must contact us in advance to get an authorization number for the return. Shipping is non refundable. The buyers are responsible for packing their own package and returning the item in the original condition it was shipped. Please allow seven business days for us to process your refund after your item is received.
